ZIP'IN 2 airbag vest

COMPOSITION

The ZIP'IN 2 airbag vest is light, airy and attractive. It is unobstructed under the arms, which gives it great freedom of movement. The strong points of this vest: elastic sides, technical fabric, breathable mesh and reduced cartridge weight. The seams are resistant to airbag inflation, and the outer fabric is weather resistant.

Fabric: 81% polyamide / 19% elastane
Lining: 89% polyamide / 11% polyester
Inflatable membrane: 100% polyurethane

COMPLIANCE

The ZIP'IN 2 Helite airbag vest complies with the regulations governing personal protective equipment (PPE) subject to the French Sports Code. As such, this airbag vest has a CE mark issued by the ALIENOR CERTIFICATION laboratory, in accordance with European regulation 89/686/EEC. Airbag certified NF S72-800-2021.

COMPATIBLE CLOTHING

With its tight fit, this airbag vest is worn very close to the body despite the integrated airbag, which confirms its very discreet side. Whether you're riding, training or competing, you choose how you want to wear the ZIP'IN 2. It can be worn alone over your clothes, in which case we advise against wearing several layers of clothing underneath. It can also be worn invisibly under a compatible outer garment. ACCESSORIES

The vest is delivered with a CO2 gas cartridge, an arming key, its connection strap and its saddle strap. The gas cartridges must be used with care and stored at a temperature below 40°. It is imperative to buy only approved cartridges of the Helite brand, and to change them after each triggering!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

The CO2 cartridge must be screwed firmly and completely into the case. Once in place, do not attempt to unscrew or remove it.

The two ends of the saddle cord must be attached to the knives of your saddle, before your stirrup leathers. Next, the connecting strap should be attached to the saddle cord, via its designated carabiner.

It is the connecting strap, directly connected to the gas cartridge with a ball, which will allow the release of the cartridge in case of a fall.

STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE

Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Brush the vest with a slightly dampened stiff bristle brush, then air dry on a hanger.

2 year warranty from date of purchase, does not apply to textile. 2 additional years warranty when the product is registered on helite-service.
