Soft Up Lite safety stirrups - Freejump

Unleash your full riding potential with the Soft Up Lite Freejump safety stirrups, a top choice for young riders seeking the perfect blend of safety, comfort, and precision. Designed and manufactured in France, these next-generation stirrups are the result of Freejump’s iconic innovation, offering riders up to shoe size 39 the exceptional technology that built the reputation of the Pro+ model.

Ideally designed for each children's safety stirrup, this Soft Up Lite model benefits from technological advancements tailored to young riders and their safety.

Optimal safety: innovation in the service of protection

Engineered to anticipate the unexpected, Soft Up Lite stirrups put rider safety at the heart of their design. Every feature is crafted to provide quick foot release in the event of a fall, significantly reducing the risk of accidents:

• Flexible external branch in Elastollan®: A major Freejump innovation. This flexible arm gives way under the pressure of the foot during a fall and moves with it, instantly releasing the rider and eliminating the entrapment risks feared by all riders.
• Controlled opening: The smart joint of the external branch ensures the perfect balance between daily-use strength and reliable activation when needed, for safe everyday riding.

Shock absorption and respect for biomechanics

Comfort goes beyond softness: it becomes biomechanical support. Thanks to their long fiber polyamide construction, Soft Up Lite’s mono-branches absorb and dissipate shocks with every stride. This exclusive technology allows:

• To reduce by threefold the force transmitted to the rider’s joints, protecting knees, ankles, and hips on all terrains.
• To also ease strain on the horse’s back, optimizing your mount’s long-term wellbeing.

This unique shock treatment directly impacts endurance, responsiveness, and joint health, enabling young riders to go from session to competition with more joy and less fatigue.

Grip and stability: an exceptionally grippy tread

The precision of aids is inseparable from solid foot stability. Soft Up Lite stirrups feature Freejump’s renowned super grip tread, which is effective thanks to two main elements:

• Elevated studs: They ensure uncompromising traction for the sole, preventing any slipping, even in wet or muddy conditions.
• Carbon fiber inserts: Borrowed from the high-performance world, this technology guarantees extreme durability and wear-resistance, without compromising comfort or aesthetics.

Thanks to this setup, every rider enjoys optimum stability, unlocking full movement potential on the flat and over jumps.

Advanced comfort: center of gravity and angled eye

Details make all the difference in riding, and Soft Up Lite certainly delivers:

• Offset center of gravity: The base axis is designed to encourage a natural angle, naturally dropping the heel. This feature promotes precise balance and lightens the leg—crucial for establishing solid technical foundations from a young age.
• 45° Angled eye: This unique orientation revolutionizes stirrup fitting and optimizes freedom of movement. The pivot provides your leathers with perfect alignment to the stirrup slot, allowing your leg to move naturally with the horse in any discipline, whether dressage, jumping, or out hacking.

Result: comfort is immediate and natural, reducing irritating pressure points, enabling easy mounting even for small feet, right from the very first try.

Versatility and practicality for all riding styles

The Soft Up Lite Freejump stirrups support young riders’ development across all riding disciplines. Their unisex design is available in a wide range of colors – silver, blue, navy, brown, black, pink, red – to match every taste and stand out in any arena.
