Because we understand how eager you are to receive your new equipment, the Mors And More team works hard to ship your packages as quickly as possible! Your orders are carefully prepared within 24 business hours and shipped according to the selected delivery method and product availability.
All orders placed Monday to Friday before 11 a.m. are shipped the same day, regardless of the delivery method. Orders placed after 2:30 p.m. on Friday or over the weekend are shipped on Monday (excluding public holidays and subject to payment confirmation).
We offer a free Click & Collect service at our headquarters in Tourcoing (France) or at one of our Partner Tack Shops located in France and Belgium.
Shipping costs will be specified on a case-by-case basis during checkout.

*Please note: When choosing delivery via Mondial Relay, your package will remain available at the pickup point for 7 days. After this period, it will be returned to us, and additional fees will apply for reshipping. It is your responsibility to track the delivery of your package (a tracking email will be sent, but feel free to contact us if you do not receive it).If the selected pickup point is unavailable at the time of delivery, Mondial Relay may decide to deliver your package to an alternative nearby pickup point.
