Not satisfied with your order, or the product ordered is not the right size? You have 15 days from the receipt of your package to return the items of your choice. If it is a gift, please notify us of the date you intend to offer it so we can extend the return period. However, only exchanges will be possible after the 15-day period following receipt.

 

The returned product must be new, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. It must not have been used. Exchange shipping costs (return and reshipment) are covered by Vestride for all airbag products. For any other product, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.*

 

* If we made an error in preparing your order or if the product is defective upon delivery, Vestride will cover the return shipping costs. In such cases, please contact us by email at hello@vestride.com or by phone at +33 7 63 40 98 48.

 

If your return meets the above conditions, you can choose to receive a refund to your original payment method or a store credit. Processing takes 2 to 6 days after we receive your return, with a deduction of the initial shipping costs, whether they were originally free or not.

 

For exchanges, you have two options:

  • You don’t want to wait: Place a new order for the desired item and request a refund for the initial item, which will be processed upon its receipt at our warehouse.
  • You’re not in a hurry or prefer not to advance money: Request a store credit, which will be issued upon receipt of your return and can be used toward your new order.

 

How to make a return?

 

  1. Go to “My Orders” in your customer account
  2. Select the relevant order
  3. Check the item(s) you wish to return and specify the reason
  4. Check “Confirm my return"
  5. Send the item(s) with the order number included in the package
