We offer free shipping on purchases of €69 or more by Mondial Relay and €129 or more by Colissimo. We don't have any special promotional codes, but we always try to offer the right price and unlimited advice! You can consult our pricing policy here. 

Yes, all transactions done on our site are 100% secure. We use the secure payment system of online sales specialist Payplug. Transactions are also reinforced with the 3D Secure system, which guarantees cardholder identification and protects you from fraud. 3D Secure is a security step in the payment process, and is now compulsory for all online payments. When you make a payment, a window opens to secure the transaction and make sure it's really you. Most of the time, your account and card are linked to your phone. You'll receive an SMS with a code to enter on the site, or a validation directly from your banking application. Once confirmed, the payment is considered secure and will be validated. Your order will be confirmed. 

You can choose between 3 delivery methods: home delivery (standard or express), pickup point or store pick-up (our showroom is located in Tourcoing in the Nord region of France). 

Once all products are available, orders are prepared and shipped the same day. On each product page, you can see if the product is available or not, and the time it will take to ship it to you. Our offices and stock are both at 60 chaussée Albert Einstein in Tourcoing (France) in the Hauts-de-France region. You're welcome to visit us during our opening hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, and outside these hours by appointment only.

Yes, we ship all over the world thanks to our Colissimo and DHL service providers.

The “In restocking” status means that one of the products you ordered is not available in our warehouse. Additional time is required to receive your product from our supplier. Delivery times vary from one supplier to another. The delivery time is normally specified on the product page, when you add it to your basket. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service department via the contact form to find out the delivery time.
