It is possible to modify or cancel your order if it has not been dispatched. Please contact our customer service department as soon as possible.

Our team systematically double-checks every order before the shipment. Despite this, some errors may occur, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you notice an error in the preparation of your parcel, please contact us by telephone at 0763409848 or by e-mail at hello@vestride.com, sending us a photo of the item received by mistake and the order number. Our team will send you a return form for the product received in error, as well as the correct item. 

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return it. 

Before contacting our customer service, please make sure that your order is not a partial shipment. Some orders may be split into two shipments. In this case, it's normal and the rest of your order will arrive later. However, if your order is indeed missing a product, please contact us by phone at 0763409848 or send an e-mail to hello@vestride.com, specifying the order number and the reference of the product not received. We will take care of rectifying the situation as quickly as possible.

We offer a wide choice of payment methods: bank card, MasterCard, VISA, Apple Pay, Oney in 3 or 4x free of charge from €100 (France), PayPal (possibility of opting for 4 times free of charge from €30), Bancontact (Belgium), American Express, bank transfer or check, Génération HDF card. 

If you can't pay by credit card, we advise you to check that you have selected the correct type of card and try again. If your card is rejected, check that you have sufficient funds. On the other hand, if the problem persists, please contact our customer service department directly. Many other payment methods are also available. 

Yes, you can pay in 3 or 4 instalments free of charge via Paypal or Oney.

We offer free shipping on purchases of €69 or more by Mondial Relay and €129 or more by Colissimo. We don't have any special promotional codes, but we always try to offer the right price and unlimited advice! You can consult our pricing policy here. 

Yes, all transactions done on our site are 100% secure. We use the secure payment system of online sales specialist Payplug. Transactions are also reinforced with the 3D Secure system, which guarantees cardholder identification and protects you from fraud. 3D Secure is a security step in the payment process, and is now compulsory for all online payments. When you make a payment, a window opens to secure the transaction and make sure it's really you. Most of the time, your account and card are linked to your phone. You'll receive an SMS with a code to enter on the site, or a validation directly from your banking application. Once confirmed, the payment is considered secure and will be validated. Your order will be confirmed.

You can choose between 3 delivery methods: home delivery (standard or express), pickup point or store pick-up (our showroom is located in Tourcoing in the Nord region of France). 

Once all products are available, orders are prepared and shipped the same day. On each product page, you can see if the product is available or not, and the time it will take to ship it to you. Delivery times depend on the carrier chosen and the delivery address. Find out more about our delivery times here. 

Our offices and stock are both at 60 chaussée Albert Einstein in Tourcoing (France) in the Hauts-de-France region. You're welcome to visit us during our opening hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, and outside these hours by appointment only.

Yes, we ship all over the world thanks to our Colissimo and DHL service providers.

The “In restocking” status means that one of the products you ordered is not available in our warehouse. Additional time is required to receive your product from our supplier. Delivery times vary from one supplier to another. The delivery time is normally specified on the product page, when you add it to your basket. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service department via the contact form to find out the delivery time.
