Shell in high-impact ABS plastic covered in suede microfibre. 
Inner shell made of lightweight, high-density expanded EPS foam with high shock absorption capacity. 
Front ventilation system with perforated grille and rear air vents for good interior ventilation. 
Sweat-absorbing quilted lining with ventilated zones in breathable mesh, removable with hook-and-loop fasteners for easy cleaning (washable at 30°C). 3-point harness integrated into a comfort neckband. 
Weighs between 410 and 550g, depending on size.
