COMPOSITION

The AIRJACKET airbag vest is very airy and perfectly free under the arms for free movement. The 3 velcro clips are adjustable on the front of the vest, which gives it great adjustability to the thickness of the layer of clothing below. The seams are airbag inflation resistant and the outer fabric is weather resistant.

COMPLIANCE

The AIRJACKET Helite airbag vest complies with the regulations governing personal protective equipment (PPE) subject to the French Sports Code. As such, this airbag vest has a CE mark issued by the ALIENOR CERTIFICATION laboratory, in accordance with European regulation 89/686/EEC. Airbag certified NF S72-800-2021.

COMPATIBLE CLOTHING

The AIRJACKET airbag vest can be worn in summer or winter, over your clothes. However, we advise you not to wear several layers of clothing under your airbag. It can only be worn over clothing and is not compatible with any kind of outerwear or competition jacket.

ACCESSORIES

The vest is delivered with a CO2 gas cartridge, a cocking key, its connection strap and its saddle strap. The gas cartridges must be used with care and stored at a temperature below 40°. It is imperative to buy only approved cartridges of the Helite brand, and to change them after each triggering!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

The CO2 cartridge must be screwed firmly and completely into the case. Once in place, do not attempt to unscrew or remove it.

The two ends of the saddle cord must be attached to the knives of your saddle, before your stirrup leathers. Next, the connecting strap should be attached to the saddle cord, via its designated carabiner.

It is the connecting strap, directly connected to the gas cartridge with a ball, which will allow the release of the cartridge in case of a fall.

STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE

Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Brush the vest with a slightly dampened stiff bristle brush, then air dry on a hanger.

2 years warranty from date of purchase, does not apply to textile. 2 additional years warranty when the product is registered on helite-service.
