The art of personalized comfort and custom fit

More than just an insert, the Voronoi foam is the result of meticulous research into riders’ morphology and helmet ergonomics. Its airy and flexible structure perfectly adapts to the head’s contours and evenly distributes pressure. Every movement is accompanied by firm yet subtle support, for a sensation that is as natural as it is safe:

• Precise Fit: The foam’s modular design adapts to different head shapes, limiting pressure points and ensuring a stable fit even during dynamic riding movements.
• Optimized Support: The foam wraps around the head without squeezing it. It adjusts to every morphology, offering a solid fixation at any pace—from a leisurely ride to jumping—making sure the helmet always stays properly positioned in every situation.
• Micro-Movement Absorption: Thanks to its specific design, the foam cushions micro-shocks while maintaining a lightweight, comfortable feel throughout the session.

Cutting-edge design for exceptional breathability

At the heart of the Voronoi foam’s performance is advanced temperature and moisture management. The open-cell structure, inspired by naturally occurring Voronoi patterns, ensures optimal airflow inside the helmet. This innovation guarantees:

• Maximum Ventilation: Continuous airflow against the scalp limits overheating and encourages rapid sweat evaporation, even in hot weather or during intense effort.
• Easy Hygiene: The technical materials used fight against moisture build-up, helping prevent bacteria and odors from developing.
• Thermal Comfort: No matter the season, the foam helps maintain a pleasant temperature inside the helmet, allowing you to stay focused on your sensations.

Italian technology and premium materials

The result of a partnership between Freejump and top Italian manufacturers, the Voronoi foam benefits from the latest material advancements. Rigorously selected for their flexibility, lightness, and resilience, these materials guarantee optimal durability and the ability to return to their original shape after each use.

The foam, easy to remove and reposition, maintains its cushioning and support properties throughout the seasons. Its soft-touch finish also adds to the overall comfort, making every moment under the helmet more enjoyable.

Tailored compatibility and custom sizing

The Voronoi foam has been designed for flawless integration into all compatible Freejump helmets, ensuring every rider can access this level of comfort, whatever their size or age. It is available in several perfectly tailored versions to fit the various helmet shell sizes:

• Shell M: M 56, 57, 58, 59
