Its robust outer shell provides the first barrier against impacts, while the inner EPS (expanded polystyrene) shell plays an essential role in absorbing and dispersing the energy generated by an impact. This combination balances strength and lightness, helping the helmet remain comfortable even during longer riding sessions.

The structure is complemented by a peripheral polycarbonate reinforcement around the entire crown. This particularly exposed area therefore benefits from additional structural rigidity designed to reinforce protection without unnecessarily increasing the helmet's weight. Flex-On relies on a multi-material construction developed to meet the demands of modern riding while maintaining an elegant, balanced silhouette.

Made from Zytel, a resistant technical polymer, the visors are designed to deform upon impact rather than break, contributing to the helmet's overall safety.

Armet comfort notably relies on its removable liner, made from breathable mesh and alcantara fabric. Its construction follows the shape of the head while providing a comfortable feel during long hours in the saddle.

The L.A.C (Liner Adjust Control) system allows the fit around the occipital area to be refined using an adjustable support. Riders can therefore adapt the helmet more precisely to their head shape and achieve a stable fit while limiting unnecessary pressure points.

As the liner is removable, it can also be taken out for regular cleaning or airing, helping maintain a fresh and comfortable helmet interior throughout repeated training sessions.
