Designed to keep riders comfortable in the saddle, the QHP Ohio helmet combines effective ventilation, a breathable Coolmesh liner and an adjustment dial that makes it easy to adapt the fit to your head.
The QHP Ohio helmet complies with the NEN-EN 1384:2023 standard, meeting current requirements for riding helmets. Its plastic outer shell provides protection suited to equestrian activities while maintaining a particularly lightweight construction. At the back, the adjustment dial allows the helmet to be precisely fitted around the head for comfortable and stable support. The dial system is also removable and replaceable, while its height can be adjusted to further refine the helmet's position. The adjustable chin strap completes the fit and features a soft padded cover underneath the chin. It opens with a hook-and-loop fastening to make adjusting the strap length easier. On the black model, the chin strap is covered with black synthetic leather for an elegant and coordinated finish.
A ventilation grille encourages airflow inside the helmet and helps limit heat build-up during exercise. Combined with the Ohio's lightweight construction, it provides a comfortable feel during longer riding sessions and in warmer conditions.
Inside, the helmet features a Coolmesh liner designed to absorb moisture and dry quickly. Its mesh construction feels comfortable against the head while riding. Easy to remove thanks to its clip system, the liner can be hand washed to help keep the inside of the helmet clean over time.
