P24 Flex kids back protector - Swing

Protect what matters most: your child's safety on horseback. The SWING Flex P24 Back Protector for Kids strikes the perfect balance between advanced protection and freedom of movement, specially designed for young riders. Born from SWING's renowned technology and compliant with the leading back safety standard (EN 1621-2:2014, Level 2), this back protector transforms every riding experience—on ponies, horses, or during any equestrian activity—by combining performance, comfort, and durability. The children’s riding back protector is thoughtfully created to meet the specific needs of young riders, ensuring both safety and ease of movement.

Maximum spine protection, designed for children

Protecting young riders’ spines during horse riding has never been easier. Where regular vests only provide rough back coverage, the SWING Flex P24 goes further: it precisely shields the most vulnerable areas of the spine, from the lower neck down to the lower back, thanks to its unique five-layered interlocking panel. Its 18mm thickness provides the perfect balance between strength and flexibility, absorbing impacts while naturally following the body's movements.

• Level 2 CE Certified Protection: Tested according to the stringent EN 1621-2:2014 motorcycle standard, the SWING Flex P24 rivals the market’s best, ensuring optimal energy absorption on impact.
• SWING Flex Multi-Layer Back Panel: The five superimposed layers effectively disperse fall energy, minimizing the risk of injury.
• Ergonomics tailored for children: Its shape is designed to fit young backs with no pressure points, allowing for any riding position—whether jumping, hacking, or training.

Lightweight, breathable, and made for movement

The Flex P24 is a discreet yet reliable companion for every riding session. Its lightweight construction ensures it never feels bulky, even after extended wear—something both safety-conscious parents and kids will appreciate. Its ultra-breathable, elastic fabric allows the skin to breathe during activity, keeping riders cool even during summer training or Pony Club sessions.

• Remarkable lightness: Thanks to carefully chosen materials, the back protector feels virtually weightless on the child’s shoulders, letting them forget it's there and simply enjoy riding.
• Moisture-wicking fabric: Breathable fibers provide constant ventilation, reducing sweat and making it easy to put on or take off, even after a brisk ride.
• Anti-slip silicone band: Positioned on the lower hem, it keeps the protector steady on the back and prevents it from sliding or riding up, no matter how energetic the rider is.

Everyday simplicity and safety: easy to use and care for

Because an effective vest is one that’s worn daily, the SWING Flex P24 is built with ease-of-use for children and parents alike. The sturdy zipper makes dressing and undressing effortless, even for little hands. A SWING Safety pull tab ensures easy handling, ideal for independent young riders or those learning. The back protection is also removable, making the outer cover easy to wash—a huge advantage for keeping the vest clean between lessons or after a busy camp.

• Removable protector: Easily remove the protective foam for deep cleaning of the cover, with no risk of damaging the technical components.
• Easy care: A simple brush with a damp cloth and air drying are all it takes to keep it spotless and prolong its lifespan after every use.
• Sturdy zipper: Chosen for durability, the zipper withstands frequent use—essential for supporting your child’s growth and riding progress season after season.

A versatile back protector for all young riders

Thanks to its unisex cut and a wide range of children's sizes (from S to XL), the SWING Flex P24 fits every body type—whether they’re just starting out or moving up to more demanding disciplines. Whether for leisure, learning, or first competitions, it can be worn under jackets or vests and is discreet, even during playful moments around ponies. Its versatility makes it the ideal choice for all equestrian activities, year-round.

• Personalized comfort: The ergonomic cut hugs the back without restricting the shoulders or limiting motion during jumping or dressage exercises.
• Simple, discreet design: Available in universally appealing colors (blue or black), this back protector blends seamlessly under any riding gear, without compromising style.
• Unisex and adaptable: Its design suits both boys and girls, and allows for flexibility as your child grows, offering support over several seasons.
