P07 kids back protector - Swing

Protect what matters most during every riding session: your child's back. The SWING P07 Children's Back Protector is more than just a simple piece of equipment—it's the go-to solution designed to ensure young riders’ safety without compromising their ease or enjoyment in the saddle. Developed by SWING, a renowned brand known for its high standards in equestrian safety, this back protector combines cutting-edge technology and a design tailored to children's body shapes, providing a reliable children's equestrian back protector and exceptional everyday comfort.

Maximum safety: focused spine protection

In horse riding, every fall can jeopardize the integrity of the back. That’s why the P07 Children’s Back Protector has been specifically designed to surround and protect the entire spine, from the cervical vertebrae down to the lumbar region and even the coccyx. Its technical padding absorbs shocks to minimize any risk of serious injury in the event of a fall. Unlike simple rigid shells, it perfectly contours to the child’s back, covering the most vulnerable areas while providing enhanced protection to the lumbar and sacral vertebrae—the points most exposed during equestrian practice.

High-tech materials for total freedom of movement

Since safety equipment should never feel restrictive, the P07 Back Protector uses advanced materials carefully chosen for their flexibility and lightness. Its multilayer memory foam adapts dynamically to the child’s back, molding to their movements without causing discomfort. The innovative breathable mesh ensures outstanding ventilation, even during summer sessions or intense training. In this way, body heat escapes easily, perspiration is reduced, and a fresh feeling is maintained throughout every effort.

Designed especially for young riders: ergonomics & ease

The P07 Children’s Back Protector has been created to support young riders throughout their progress, whether beginners or more advanced. It’s quick to put on thanks to a sturdy front zip, easy to handle even for small hands. Its wide armholes and form-fitting cut never restrict natural movement: whether the child is in the saddle during a beginner’s class, out on a trail ride, or learning over fences, they experience a true sense of total freedom. The streamlined design eliminates discomfort at the sides of the torso, minimizing compression points, while keeping the protector firmly in place even during large movements.

Exceptional comfort and adjustable fit for growing kids

Because every child grows (and changes their riding clothes), the P07 Back Protector is suitable for all body types thanks to its wide range of sizes (XS to XL). It keeps a unisex cut that works equally well for girls and boys. The inner fabrics are soft to the touch yet durable, helping to prevent skin irritation during extended wear. Flexible and lightweight, the back protector can be worn directly over a t-shirt or under a sweatshirt, without feeling bulky or uncomfortably stiff.

Discreet, modern design for everyday riding

No more bulky, rigid protection! The P07 Children’s Back Protector features sleek lines and a simple black color that matches easily with any riding or outdoor outfit. Thanks to its slim and flexible build, your child can wear it under their favorite jacket without drawing attention. These design choices make the P07 as comfortable as it is effective, encouraging children to put it on willingly every time they head to the riding center.

Ideal for all young equestrian disciplines

The P07 Children’s Back Protector isn’t limited to a single riding discipline: whether in jumping, pony games, introductory riding, or simple family trail rides, it provides top-level protection across all types and levels. Especially recommended during beginner sessions or for the first jumps, it follows your child through every stage of their riding journey, boosting their confidence and making learning safe and enjoyable.

Easy care for daily use

Since children’s gear needs to withstand heavy use, the P07 Children’s Back Protector is designed for easy care: simply clean with a damp sponge to remove dust and surface stains. Its high-quality materials ensure it maintains its shape and flexibility after every wash for lasting, year-round use.

Give your child the freedom to progress on horseback with complete confidence—no need to compromise on safety or comfort. The SWING P07 Children's Back Protector is the reference solution for protecting young riders and supporting every moment at the riding center, just like the full range of equestrian back protection equipment available at Vestride.
