Safe On Junior safety stirrups red - Flex-On

Protect young riders with cutting-edge safety equipment specially designed for them. The Safe On Junior Red Safety Stirrups - Flex-On go far beyond simple innovation: they represent THE new benchmark to confidently support children and teenagers under 40 kg as they progress on horseback. With their breakaway system, technical materials, and wide range of customization options, these stirrups modernize safety without ever compromising the comfort or personal style of young riders. Their dedicated design places children's safety stirrups at the core of the brand’s priorities.

Smart safety: the junior-dedicated breakaway system

While traditional stirrups still present risks of accident in case of a fall, the Safe On Junior stands out with its revolutionary mechanism. Its unique feature: a removable outer arm that acts like a safety fuse. Under impact — during a fall, for example — this arm instantly opens downward, releasing the child’s foot and effectively limiting the risk of getting stuck in the stirrup, a potential cause of serious injury.

• Guaranteed foot release: The breakaway system, tried and tested, requires at least 15 kg of weight on the outer arm, perfectly suited for riders in the Junior range. This ensures effective activation if needed, with no risk of unintentional triggering.
• Two elastomer safety fuses included: To support growth, each pair comes with two sets of flexible arms: one effective from 15 kg, and the other from 31 kg. Tailored safety, perfectly adapted to your child’s development!
• Gravity-driven mechanism: In the event of a fall, the arm opens downward to naturally follow the way the foot is released, for optimal effectiveness with no extra effort needed.

This system can’t prevent all accidents, but it significantly reduces the risk of being dragged or trampled after a fall, making learning to ride more reassuring for families, at riding clubs, or during competitions.

Advanced technology and comfort for young riders

The combination of safety and comfort is the signature of the Flex-On range. The Safe On Junior stirrups are built on a single-sided spring steel structure, overmolded with robust yet lightweight bio-sourced polyamide. The result? Perfectly managed weight, outstanding durability, and a structure that efficiently absorbs shocks to protect children's still-fragile joints.

• Exceptional shock absorption: Thanks to the elastomer-mounted footbed, every impact is cushioned, offering unmatched comfort even during long sessions — or on lively ponies!
• Reinforced stability and grip: The grippy, flat platform provides maximum stability for the foot, encouraging a steady position from an early age.
• Offset stirrup leather passage: This technical detail improves the connection between rider and horse, supporting balance and confidence in the saddle.
• Design tailored to children's morphology: Junior riders need more than just a smaller size! Every dimension and component has been crafted to meet the specific needs of lightweight, smaller riders.

This smart combination of materials and design lets kids ride freely, learn correct position, and enjoy comfort and performance with every stride.

Unlimited personalization: style as unique as every young rider

What could be more motivating, at the age where kids develop their own tastes and personality, than being able to create their own stirrups? The Safe On Junior Red goes beyond a sporty look: it celebrates creativity with a unique selection of colors and accessories on the market.

• Striking red frame to display energy and passion.
• Customizable footbed: black, grey, or white — the choice is yours!
• 22 elastomer colors to let imagination run wild and match your stirrups to every outfit, occasion, and mood.
• 16 removable arm shades to push the limits of personalization even further.
• Magnetic sticker kits available for a truly unique look.

What’s more, all wear-prone parts — from the safety fuse to stickers — can be replaced and customized at will. A guarantee of durability AND renewed enjoyment every time you ride!
