All prodcts can be returned within 15 days of receipt. The return shipping costs are chargeable to the customer. For airbags, if you want a size exchange, we will cover the cost of returning.

At Vestride, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a wide range of safety equipment to help you find the right one. If you have any doubts or questions, our expert team is at your disposal to guide you towards the solution best suited to your needs, desires and budget.

Our offices and stock are both at 60 chaussée Albert Einstein in Tourcoing (France) in the Hauts-de-France region. You're welcome to visit us during our opening hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, and outside these hours by appointment only.

To find out which cartridge matches your airbag model and size, refer to the cross-reference table in the detailed description of each cartridge and airbag. This information is also given directly on your airbag or in the instructions for use.

We can pay in 3 or 4 instalments free of charge with Oney or via Paypal.

To determine your helmet size, measure your head circumference. Use a flexible tape measure and place it around your head, about 1 to 2 cm above your eyebrows and just above your ears. Make sure the tape measure is straight and resting on the widest part of your head.
